Shipping

Araminta Atelier ships worldwide.

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. During collection launches, holidays, or periods of high demand, processing times may be extended.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on destination, customs processing, and local courier services.

International Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping charges unless otherwise stated.

Returns

We hope you are delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Returned items must be:

• ·Unworn and unused
• ·In original condition
• ·With all tags attached
• ·Returned in original packaging where possible

Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.

Exchanges

We are pleased to offer exchanges for eligible items, subject to availability.

To request an exchange, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Once the original item has been received and approved, a replacement item will be dispatched.

If the requested size or style is unavailable, a store credit or refund may be offered at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• ·Bespoke orders
• ·Made-to-order pieces
• ·Gift cards
• ·Items marked as final sale

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photographs in order to assess and resolve the issue promptly.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.
